How Do I Calculate Attrition and Absenteeism Rates for Different Employee Categories?

Please help me understand how to calculate the attrition rate by category. In our organization, we have three types of employee categories:

1. Management Employees (Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Officer)
2. Staff (Supervisor, Junior Staff, Senior Staff)
3. Workers

I would also appreciate guidance on calculating the absenteeism rate.

It can be calculated month-wise simply, where the number of managers who left divided by the total number of managers, multiplied by 100, gives you the attrition rate month-wise.
