Please help me understand how to calculate the attrition rate by category. In our organization, we have three types of employee categories:
1. Management Employees (Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Officer)
2. Staff (Supervisor, Junior Staff, Senior Staff)
3. Workers
I would also appreciate guidance on calculating the absenteeism rate.
