Hi, I have one query. If a company is registered in another state -Head Office (eg.Ahmedabad) but Branch Office is in Hyd, is it mandatory to register Branch Office under AP Shops & Establishment Act? Also, Professional Tax is paid in HO for all the employees who are working in Hyd branch, is it OK or still we need to pay PT in Hyd only?
