Hi, I have one query. If a company is registered in another state with its Head Office (e.g., Ahmedabad) but has a Branch Office in Hyderabad, is it mandatory to register the Branch Office under the AP Shops & Establishment Act? Also, Professional Tax is paid in the Head Office for all the employees who are working in the Hyderabad branch. Is this acceptable, or do we still need to pay Professional Tax in Hyderabad only?
