Are Short-Term HR Certifications Worth It for MBA Students Specializing in HR?

I am pursuing an MBA with a specialization in HR. I am considering enrolling in short-term certification courses in HR. However, I am uncertain whether these courses will provide any additional advantage to my career, given my existing specialization in HR. Can you please offer some guidance on this matter? In my opinion, learning Handwriting Analysis / Graphology. I feel every HR person should know about this recruitment tool. A small PowerPoint presentation about the "Importance of Handwriting Analysis as a Recruitment Tool" would help in understanding the importance of this tool.

I feel that this knowledge of handwriting analysis would certainly add a lot of value to an HR career.

As an MBA student, you must be aware that gaining practical knowledge can be quite challenging at our stage. In a full-time MBA program, we only have 2 months for an internship, which, in my opinion, is not sufficient to gain practical exposure. This is why I am interested in pursuing additional knowledge through specific courses.
