Hello, Currently, I am doing my internship in an insurance firm. The project I am working on involves a general profile. So far, I have prepared motivation/organizational culture questionnaires, conducted a sales manager skills analysis, and analyzed exit interviews. My guide has suggested that I work on something innovative that does not involve additional costs. I considered creating an attrition calculator since attrition rates are high in the insurance sector.
