Hi Rajani,
I am Neha. I have just completed my training on the same topic.
Here is the heading under which I have designed the training:
First of all, you need to know about the skills used by the recruiter, besides common skills like professionalism, teamwork, time management, stress management, etc. You will get this information from the existing employees.
1. Then, for framing the training program, identify the gap, i.e., who needs which kind of training, i.e., which employee requires which training because you cannot give the same training to all, as all recruiters have different potential.
2. After finding the gap, you need to design the training needs, i.e., which employee needs which training. For that, you have to design an Excel sheet.
3. After that, you need to design a training calendar, which I guess your company will provide you. This training calendar will tell you about the expected holidays and the days when you cannot hold the training.
4. After designing the calendar, you need to find whether the employees you will be scheduling for the training are available for the training on the tentative date or not.
5. Then, schedule the employees for the training.
6. If the training is in-house, then make sure what arrangements are needed for the training.
7. But before that, you need to find out how much you are going to invest, i.e., what will be your budget for the training.
8. Lastly, you have to frame a module for the training, which will contain details about the training, i.e., date, day, venue, programs, breaks, meals, and most importantly, time.
Here, I am attaching a rough format of how you can go about it.
Please find the attachment.
If you have any further queries, you can contact me in the thread.
Hope this will help you in your work.
Regards,
Neha
