Sample Format For Annual Hr Calendar - XLS Download

Hi Folks,
My senior has asked me to prepare an annual calendar related to HR activities like different types of training,awards, fun activities , etc. and many others. Can someone please suggest me a format for the annual calender for HR activities, wherein I can mention the different types of events, the date at which they can be conducted.

Attaching few formats from a freelancer. Quite useful calendar, gets updated in monthly sheets from list.If u need details pls get in touch with him at cryptichalo(at)gmail (dot)com

1. Draw 12 squares on a piece of paper
2. Label each square January, February, March, etc etc
3. In each square write the appropriate activity for the respective month
4. Copy and hand out.
What is difficult about it???
Of course, you can also use Outlook Calendar, Excel, or any other calendar program as well.
