Decline The Accepted Offer, Would I Get Sue?

Luckymini
Hi
I accepted an offer a week ago by sending the office a signed offer. but now an another better company (far better) extend me an offer. I am wondering if I decline the accepted offer to take the second one, would I have trouble like getting sue? Thank you
PS: the first office policies require a two-week notice period. and I will start working for them in one month later. I can't find any terms about breaching the offer.

Dear
In this case nothing will happen to you as there was no penality clause
for revoking the offer.
when offer is accepted it bemoes a contract. As there was no penality clause for breaking the contract ,so
you can chill out.

From your post I presume that you have only received an Offer Letter and that you are yet to join the organization. Right?
The date of your joining is about one month away.
Under the circumstances what you should do is to convey to the Company from whom you have received the Offer that on account of certain compelling reasons you will not be able to join them. You may do so immediately and not wait for the last moment.
Dont worry, you cannot be sued.
Cheers!!!
