Confused About Starting a Career in Corporate Training? Seeking Advice on Certifications and Topics

Although I wish to make my career in the "Training Field" and try in corporates, I haven't conducted many sessions on Personality Development, and even the coverage of topics was quite limited.

I was startled when I found out that there are numerous training programs of different levels in the market. Now that I want to apply for a job in companies, I am confused about how to proceed. Does a trainer need to undergo any program to keep themselves updated? Is any certification program required for trainers to apply in companies? I would also like to know what topics are covered in Behavioral Management. I would be grateful if you could send me some training modules for personality development and soft skills training. Also, I would like to know what topics should be covered while conducting these sessions.
