Esic Contribution - Esi Contribution [Thread 340054]

hi,seniors can any body Clare me about, one should cross the limit of salary of esic contribution RS-15000/-p.m. between the contribution period. Is contribution will remain continue till the contribution period end or stop ? can I have the copy of the Act or notification in this regards.

If Employee Cross the ESI Salary Limit during the contribution period, need to dedut ESI still the contribution period ends.

hi friend,
ESIC applicable for conveyance if it is paid in fixed basis, but if you paid it on only present dated it is not necessary to deduct the ESIC.
