Distance MBA/PGDM - Which are the best colleges/institutes available around Visakhapatnam?

I am a govt. employee presently working in Visakhapatnam (A.P.) and would like to pursue MBA either part-time (evening) or distance mode in either Finance or Marketing. Which are the best colleges/institutes available in and around Visakhapatnam for evening course.
Else, which are the best distance MBA/PGDM courses in order of preference, that adds value to our future prospects. So many colleges/institutes are around viz., IGNOU, Symbiosis, ICFAI, B R Ambedkar University, etc., but I am in a dilemma to choose. Plz suggest the best....

I would suggest you ICFAI as the best one because it will give you the Master certificate each and every level wise where as the others only provides Diploma certificates... and no where in the certificate from ICFAI they mention distance or correspondance.. so I believe its the best one..
