Hi Srirekham, I am Rohit Narain, a trainer with some experience in accent neutralization. The biggest challenge you may face is that there is no standard Indian accent. You could focus on the local accent of the particular region that your US clients interact with. I suggest that you focus on the following three topics in your training:

1. Vowel and consonant sounds
2. Intonation
3. Phraseology and 'Indianisms'
