can we withdraw pension amount...if yes then we wont be aligible for pension right

If you worked less than 10 yrs in a company, you can withdraw the pension amount by filling the form 10C.

For those have 9 years and six months or more service in EPS are eligible for pension. Otherwise they are eligible for withdrawal benefit only.

can we withydraw pention amount after 10 years of service.? like , we will be eligible for pention but i want the lumpcum amount at time then is it possible to withdraw the pention amount?
and also brief me about the pention caculation...?i know about 8.33% employer's share in A/C 10. but i want to know the afterword process. how it is given to employee? and for how long?
