Is this bill only or the same has been approved and published in Gazette of India? Do you say that this is what we need to practice? If yes w.e.f. when?

Payment of Bonus Act amendment bill is yet not passed by the parliament. Once passed by the parliament, it will require President's assent, then it will notified by the Govt. in the Gazette.

Dear Balaji,
This bill is yet to be passed. Hence we are not at all worry about the amendments, right now.
