Feeling Stuck in My HR Role: Can You Recommend Part-Time Courses or Mentorship?

Respected Seniors,

I am working as an HR executive in a Pvt. Ltd. company for the last two years. Currently, I am not finding any opportunities here to enhance my knowledge. There is no scope for growth. Therefore, I am looking for some part-time HR courses to further my knowledge in the field of HR. Please guide me, and if anyone has a brochure, please post it. If someone is looking for an Assistant in HR, please give me a chance. I really want to work under the guidance of HR professionals.

I have completed a diploma in Computer Technology (Polytechnic) from Nagpur and have been working in the HR-Admin Dept in Nagpur for the last 7.5 years. However, for further future development, I want to pursue additional courses in HR.

Greetings to my friends and seniors,

I am Kartik, MBA (HR), working as an Executive HR in a CMMI Level 3 company in Hyderabad. I have the zeal to pursue further studies as well as certifications in HR. As a part of it, I am looking to pursue M.Phil. I am unable to decide whether to do M.Phil or HR certifications.

Can anyone please suggest which one will help me for a bright future? If so, please let me know the institutes as well as universities offering courses/certifications.
