Dear Sir, I am H. T. Krishnakumara. I have applied for the PF claim through the online unified portal. After adding all the details like Aadhar and bank account number, I submitted the claim. However, after a few days, I received a rejection email as shown below:
Your EPF claim has been rejected by EPFO. The details are - Your Claim Form-19 (BGBNG180550004710) has been rejected on Fri, 18 May 2018. The rejection reason is/are: - STATE BANK OF MYSORE KYC UPDATED, PLEASE UPDATE THE SBI IFSC CODE - INCOMPLETE BANK DETAILS
After receiving this rejection, I logged into my UAN account and attempted to change my bank details to include the correct IFSC code in KYC. However, I encountered an error message as follows:
"This functionality will be available once your UAN is linked to any establishment."
Please suggest what steps I should take next to resubmit the claim form.
