How To Post New Thread ?

Dear All,
kindly send me the procedure to post the new thread on citehr?(attachment)

To add an attachment you need to be logged in. Once you have logged in you can then click on the button near the search bar, which will display a form with an attachment button.

We are living in a generation which dismantle and re-assemble mobiles, iPads when they are not even entered LKG. Every application on this site is 'menu driven'. Look at the blue ribbon at the top of your screen, there is red box indicating 'Post' click it there would appear a blank format with few columns. Read those, fill those boxes and 'post' by clicking the box 'submit' or 'new thread'. I'm sure you are not going to post any query which has not been discussed in this forum earlier. Ok post your query, and let me see.

All,
I am working with IT company....
One of my employee left the job without serving the notice period..So on that case I am already draft the mail to employee that to serve the notice period or to pay one month salary to the companyas per company rule and give 3 days to revert us back....
But now 3 days is over and employee is not reverting to us nor answering the call ....
So, I want to draft the mail to employee that he/ she is not reverting the mail to us..so i am going to file complain again you....
Please help me to drafting the mail what should I write...
