• Motivate for safety activities from time to time.
• At the time of appraisal, consideration of safety performance.
AT THE TIME OF LEAVING ORGANIZATION:
• Medical Checkup.
• Exit Interview - By keeping Safety Focus.
• Relieving letter - Mention safety Performance grade.
