Hello guys, I'm new to the site. Can someone give me activities in employee engagement? Thanks.

Can someone provide a list of employee engagement activities that are not common or have not been done yet? There are already posts, but most of them were carried out by our company. I am new to the company, so every time I suggest an activity, they reject it because they have already done those. Please help me. Thanks in advance!

Hi guys, employee engagement activities vary depending on the group size. If the group is small, a treasure hunt is a very effective activity, and everyone participates with enthusiasm. However, make sure that gifts are given to all the participants, even if they are small gifts like chocolates!
