Confused About Leave Entitlements in Rajasthan? Need Clarity on Shop Establishment Act!

Dear Friends, I am working as a regional head with an agri-based company in Rajasthan. Our company deals in warehousing, commodities, NCDEX, and finance. Our company's registered office is in Jaipur.

Here, we are entitled to 12 CL a year. Can anyone tell me how many leaves we are entitled to as this company does not provide any PL to any of the employees? Could anyone help me by providing the exact details of leave according to the Shop Establishment Act of Rajasthan?

Your establishment is registered under the Rajasthan S & E Act & Rules. This Act provides for 12 days of Earned Leave/Paid Leave only (one leave for every 20 days worked).
