How Many Leave Are Entitled To Employee How Is Working In Rajasthan Based Company

Dear Friends,
I am working as regional head with an agri based company in rajathan our company dealing in warehosuing, commodities, NCDEX and finance . our companys registered office is in jaipur .
Here we are getting 12 CL a year can any one tell me for how many leave we are intitled as this company not providing any PL to any of the employee .
Can any one help me to give the exact details of leave according the the shop establishement act of rajasthan

Your Establishment is registered under Rajasthan S & E Act & Rules, then this Act provide on 12 days of Earned Leave/Paid leave only( one leave on working of 20 days).
