Hi Friends, I want to know about Man Power Planning, How it works Please share the stepwise process.

I am In HR staffing company which provide end to end HR solutions (from Recruitment to Exit ) to a well known Bank.
I just want to know what are the basic grounds & process to know how much manpower I need in HR team to take care of 4000+ employee benefits, as attrition rate is very high in Banking industry.

Your question is like "How long a piece of string should be to tie up a person?" Without knowing details of what type of benefits is the bank providing, what is the attrition rate, etc., even experienced persons cannot give you a figure. hence, more information you can give the better for repople to respond positively.
