How Many Kinds Of Leave Provide Our Employee

dear seniors
i want to know about leave. how many kinds of leaves we provide our employees as per factories act-1948, What is the procedure for these?
how many hours we can do work our workers in a day and maximum overtime in a month.

Hi all of you.....
3 types of leaves we provide.
1.casual leaves
2.sick leaves
3.earning leaves
according factories act earning leaves should be 14 pa. And somebody provides 1 earning leave for 20 days approximately.
And remaining cl's and sl's are 8 and 7. And Also according to the company standards we provide. Here any mistakes please find and disclose.

First of all let us know what type of industry U R in? Whether Factories Act applicable to you ? How many employees R there?
