Greetings to all, I want to pursue a short-term course in HR based in Delhi. As I am currently working, I am looking for a course that can be completed alongside my job. Could you please suggest a few courses?

Alright, but I am looking for courses like competency mapping, training, and performance management. Also, I am looking for short-term options as a 6-month duration would be too long for me to manage. Thank you.

You cannot have short courses in HR unless you specifically outline the subject matter that you want in HR. HR is a vast subject in its own right. Try CIPD courses, which are internationally recognized in the HR field. Request information from them about their agents in India who offer their certification or Diplomas in HR.
