Exploring Ph.D. Options in India: Can I Pursue Life Sciences or Wildlife with My Engineering and MBA Background?

gurutumkur
Hi All, I have completed my BE and joined an MNC, working for 6 years now. I have completed an MBA through distance learning from Sikkim Manipal University. Currently, I am planning to pursue a Ph.D. program and I need information on which institutes offer Ph.D. programs. I am also interested in knowing if I am eligible for non-management topics like Life Sciences, Forestry, or Wildlife.

Could you please provide me with information on the options and topics available for a Ph.D. in India considering my background in BE (Mechanical Engineering) and MBA from distance learning?

Thank you.

Amazing vision! I truly appreciate that. Sustainability for NGOs is an excellent area to explore. I will connect you to Dr. Mathai Fenn, who authored a book on that. Apart from this, there is a recent discussion on the Ph.D. program. Join in the discussion and share your queries.

Hi everyone, I completed my MBA in 2007 with HR as my major, and after 3.9 years of industrial experience, I am currently working as a Lecturer. I am interested in pursuing a Ph.D. in HRM and am seeking some recent topics related to HRM for my research and thesis preparation.

Please suggest some good topics and assist me in finalizing my research topic.

Monika
