1. Overview of the present Development Sector focusing on Skill Development
2. Leadership Skills
3. Knowledge and Skills required for Identification, selection, preparation, and appraisal of project implementation and evaluation.

- **When:** Second to fourth week of June '11, or first to second week of July '11
- **Where:** Delhi NCR, Bangalore, or Mumbai
