Working Days As Per Labour Law

As per labour law regarding working days it should be 6 in a week excluding sunday , No matter in the month of days. but please do not ignore these days which is also provided by govt. as holidays
Strictly - 1) Independence day, 2)
Republic day , 3) Gandhi Jayanti, 4) Labour Day.

As per the minimum wages Act if you have to calculate daily rate as per minimum wages, you have to divide wages by 26 quotient irrespective of days...........

can i get the format of salary sheet of labour with working days of 26 and i want to show ovetime as incentives

Factories Act is very clear on this. Pl. go through Chapter VI ,Working Hrs, weekly holidays.
It does not say there should be 26 working days. In nut shell We need to give one weekly off in a week.

yes there can be maximum 6 working days in a week as per law, but is the maximum work hours per day as well? Please tell me.

But in many govt. Organization saturday count holiday if they have work they call us otherwise over salary deduct that's not fare with contract persons
