I need a suggestion from all of u regarding one matter which is as below.
i am working in a mines where we have given a contract to a agency to supply security guards to different post at mines.As security guard falls uneder semi skiiled catagories we pay the agency as per minimum wage applicable to that catagories in central sphere.Now,our management wants to pay them under watch & ward catagories under which the minimum wage is less as comparative to semi skilled catogories for cost effectivness.Is it possible to put the security guard under watch& ward and pay them accordingly.
