Got your reply and as you said that you have spoken to them and they were saying that you cant get the increment at this time. See the thing is that they are wrong in this regard and have never appreciate your work and efforts but cant get your salary increased at this time and also i agree with this decision to quit and im with you in this ..and stay with them until you get another good options...wishing you a very best of luck and im sure that you'll get soon a good job bcz you are very sincere, experienced and hardworking..right?
