Enhancing Employee Engagement Through Notice Board Communication Strategies

Hi HR Experts,

Kindly help, we have notice boards in our office. The notice board is divided into three sections:

1. Company Updates
2. HR Updates
3. Miscellaneous Corner displaying health tips, jokes, etc.

I intend to start an employee corner on the notice board. Please suggest how I can launch this new change in my company.

It's a very good idea to place a notice board for employees where they can share their ideas and knowledge about the processes they are handling and also give suggestions to improve production. However, make sure that it shouldn't become a platform for expressing their frustrations and discontentment. Provide specific instructions on the subjects they can interact with through the notice board.
