Use Of Notice Boards In Companies

HR Experts,
Kindly help, we have notice boards in our office. Notice Board is divided into three sections :
  1. Company Updates
  2. HR Updates
  3. Miscellaneous Corner displaying Health tips, jokes etc.
I intend to start an employee corner in the notice board.
Please suggest how do i launch this new change in my comapany.

Dear Poonam,
Its very good idea to place a notice board for employees where they can share there ideas and knowledge about the process they are handling and also suggestions to improve the production. But make sure that it shouldn't become a platform to express there frustrations and discontentment s. Give specific instructions on what all subject they can interact through notice board.
