Dear All, I am working with a small IT company (employee strength - 100). My company is around 10 years old, but now we are in an expansion mode, and for next year, our projected employee strength will be 250-300.

The main problem I am facing here is a lack of corporate culture. People are very casual; they don't have a professional attitude and don't want to follow processes and rules.

Initiatives to Foster Corporate Culture

To create a sense of responsibility and commitment, I have started some sessions like:

- Weekly Huddle (meeting)
- Full Day Induction Plan
- Motivating Mails and HR letters
- One to One with HR
- Coffee with HR
- and more.

However, I believe we can also plan some training and sessions to create a corporate culture. Please suggest what type of training can help me in creating a strong corporate culture in the company.
