Need Help Calculating End-of-Service Benefits for My Time in Sharjah – Urgent Request for Advice

I worked in Sharjah (a plastic manufacturing company in Industrial Area 1) from 2/2/2010 to 30/04/2011 under a 2-year limited contract. Could anyone help me calculate my end-of-service benefits for this period? It's urgent as I need to clarify this with my ex-employer. Please help me out.
