Simple Salary Slip Format - Xls Download

Dear Sir,
I need a salary format in which there is no deduction for pf.. conveyance... HR..
The salary slip should have to contain only basis salary as there is no extra benefit gives to employee in our firm and salary slip is mandatory for all the employees.
I can't find or draw that sample..
Need your help...!!!
