Latest update ( 12.06.11 ): Sent letter to company HR by regd A.D. with copy to ED, giving period of 15 days for payment. HR is silent and no reply from ED also. Then sent speed post letter to CMD with copy to ED & HR. 8 days have passed, still everybody is silent except me. Will wait till end of next week. Shall I mention legal action in my next letter ?
