Very good effort, every training needs a need analysis to plan a robust training plan. Success depends on correct training analysis, designing & imparting right training with right approach and attitude.

Hi Rishi,
thank you for those tips on training. However, I did not see anything on follow up. Events do not change behaviour; it is the process that follows the event that leads to changed behaviour. Training is just an event.
