There are many woman issues at workplace. Since you are research scholar you need to be very specific in writing articles.

Actually i am a mgmt student and there is no particular field or industry for this article.The aim of my article is to study the challenges faced by working women no matter which industry she belongs to.She may be from public sector or private sector.If you can hlp me to prepare its questionnaire it will be a great hlp for me.
