My project is titled "Role of Consultancies in Manpower planning".I am keen on preparing a questionnaire which can be filled in byCompanies hiring the servicesof consultancies.The consultancy i am targetting is one which looks into both temp and permanant staffing.

1.How many consultancies do you have a tie up with?
2.What are the rates that you & the consultancy have agreed on?
3.How many positions are closed through consultancy?
4.How many days on an average does an consultancy take to source the CVs?
5.What are the advantages & disadvantages of sourcing through consultancy?
6.Do you pay retainership fees to the consultancy?
