Seeking Simple MoU Templates for Training Services: Any Recommendations?

Greetings! I need your advice and suggestions on a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to be drafted between a client and myself for the provision of training services. Please provide tried and tested templates that are easy to understand and implement.

I managed to create an agreement while offering training services for a client. It was indeed disappointing that I received no replies despite 35 views. Mr. Divekar was kind enough to provide a document. The client was satisfied with this agreement, so I am sharing this here. I'm, however, in the process of finalizing it with a company lawyer and then making a final draft of the agreement for my company.
