Copy Of A MoU - Offering Training Services To A Client

Greetings! I needed your advice and suggestions on a copy of MoU to be made between me and a client while offering my training services.
Kindly assist with tried and tested copies so its easy to understand and apply.

Dear Pros,
I did manage to create an agreement while offering training services for a client.
It was indeed disappointing that I received no replies despite 35 views. Mr. Divekar was kind enough to provide a document.
The client was satisfied with this agreement. So I am sharing this here.
I'm however in the process of finalising it with a company lawyer and then make a final draft of the agreement for my company.
