Hi friends
Working with Pharma Industry I saw that many resort to price cutting as the only way to Selling. It results in poor revenues & the company can not grow.
Reasonable profits is the pre-requisite of any business necessary for continuity. This presentation was prepared for communicating basic concept in training using an old story to bring home the point where the lady saw benefit for the organization-her home.
This concept is carried forward to define marketing in a simple way

Unfortunately many a times the management looks at Sales people who book orders as the only important personnel while everyone who contributes to 'product quality, availability on time, & positioning' as secondary. That is the beginning of demotivation of these important personnel. This puts brakes on the momentum of sale & leads to underperformance of the product
