How Should We Handle Leave for Contractual Staff Over 60 on Extensions?

Dear All,

We have certain staff in our office who have extensions and are working beyond 60 years of age. These are contractual staff whose contracts are renewed every 6 months. How do we allocate leave to these staff? Would their leave be treated as any regular staff's leave?
