Instead of asking for topics from others at this site, which is devoted to HR issues, kindly conduct a websearch. Computer Science is a vast field and you will have to narrow it down to reduce the number of hits. The way to chose a topic is to decide on what you feel passionate about and narrow the field using the "Funnell Approach". Please see the thread on Research Methodology started by me.
