After which formalities one can get joining letter???????????????

Joining letter is appointment letter which mention the date you can join work.
You can get joining letter after interview is cleared

All most all the companies are issuing Offer letter which consists of date of join and details of necessary documents and certificates which new joinee needs to submit during the time of reporting.After verifying your certtificates and documents and it is satisfactory ,Compny will issue appoinment letter.

Joining letter me When that one person Join in a company ie. After the geting the Appointment letter.
like that person write the to that Company Which company they got the Appointment.
That person will give one letter "Today (When he Join that date)have join in your company So and So Posting and i Will follow the Tearms and Conditurions as per the Company".
That is only the Joining letter...
otherwise the no issue for that one.

Joining letter will be given to an employee who has cleared all the tests and fit to the job and accepted the salary which the company proposed to. It is like a mutual agreement given to the employee in which all the roles, responsibilites, regulations & rules will be mentioned.

In the joining letter, date, time venue of joining, term and condition, salary description (CTC) of selected position is mention in detail.
