How Can We Creatively Celebrate "Thank You Week" to Appreciate Our Colleagues?

Hi, we are planning to celebrate "Thank You Week" for the acknowledgment of our friends' and colleagues' support. Can you suggest some ideas to celebrate this with various events and activities? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I have a few suggestions:

1. Throughout this week, employees can be given small gifts for their contributions. The gifts may include chocolates, coffee mugs, diaries, etc. This activity can be done every day throughout the week. (Don't forget to announce the same in person or on the notice boards.)

2. For some remarkable contributions to the organization, celebrate the occasion on the last day. Invite employees and distribute gifts based on different categories. It would be perfect if the gifts were distributed by the Head or any senior member of the organization.

3. Conduct some fun activities on the last day.

Good thought, first of all. I have the following suggestion: ask every employee to write thank-you notes to people whom they feel have helped them in a particular period of time. The letter should be handed over to the concerned person (who is thanked) in person by the employee themselves. When the letter is opened, the smile will say a lot.

I just want to share my experience from last year when we celebrated this event in our organization. We distributed colored pastel sheets to each employee and provided scissors, sketch pens, pencils, and erasers for drawing department-wise. We asked our employees to draw anything and write a thank you message to anyone in the company. Employees could draw, write, or paste any photo on that sheet. After finishing, employees would submit their creations to the HR/Admin person.

Once we collected all the sheets, we displayed them in our spacious canteen area and asked employees to check them. Everyone enjoyed the activity and expressed a desire to celebrate it again the following year. It was heartening to see everyone so happy using colors and drawings in the office, reminiscent of their school days.
