Transitioning to HR in Kuwait: What Are the Key Responsibilities of a Human Resource Manager?

I am Musheer Alam, who completed an MBA from Annamalai University in 2010. I have been working in a BPO as a Customer Support Associate. I am now getting a job in Kuwait, but the issue is I don't have much experience in an HR profile.

I would like to request you all to inform me about the MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF A HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER IN ANY ORGANIZATION.
