Conveyance allowance doesn't from a part of wage as per the defination in the ESI act.
Kindly check the attachment for the judgement given by Highcourt of Chennai.

As on date all the allowances except washing allowance, are covered for the purpose of esi deduction. Nothing is clear on this point. You are advised to deduct the esi contribution on the conveyance allowance.
