Need Help Formulating a Hypothesis for Comparing HR Policies at Dabur, ITC, Nestle, and HUL?

I have completed a project on the aforementioned topic. In this project, I conducted a comparative analysis of HR policies and practices of Dabur with ITC, Nestle, and HUL. I now need to formulate a hypothesis for the same. Can anyone assist me with this? Thank you.
