I would like to learn in-depth in the areas of PF, ESI, PT. Payroll structure, Calculations Forms, Formats & Due dates etc., including Income Tax, TDS & Tax Planning for employees up to form 16 & Form 16 A.

Too be very specific, I would like to know how much is the % that we calculate on PF, ESI, PT and allowances.
