ours is a company which is in is infancy period. We have combination of employees i.e. on roll plus TPC (third party contract workers).
The management is of the opinion to give compensatory off to these blue collar TPC workers. But I have confusion that can comp. off be given to workers? As i have read somewhere that Comp off is allowed only for staff not for workers.
Can anyone throw some light on it please??
