I would like to know that which is the better to withdrawal pf either to be continue service. I am 38 years old and i am working since 8 years please let me know can i resign from job for pf withdrawal purpose ? which is the beneficial for me ? Please help me

I am 38 year and i am working since last 8.3 years job in private co. I would like to withdrawal my pf. Is it beneficial for me ? What is the disadvantage for it ?
Please let me know what to do ?

The EPS fund is meant for Pension which is better than withdrawal benefit, in various aspects. So contribute for maximum years and get benefitted accordingly.
