How Can I Link My Old Pension with New Deductions After Rejoining the Same Company?

kshahulhameed
Sir,

I have worked in a company for 15 years, and during the termination of my service, I am eligible for the Pension Scheme. After the closure of my PF account, I have received a Pension scheme certificate from the EPF office. Two years later, I rejoined the same company, and both PF and EPF deductions are being made from my salary towards the pension scheme. In this situation, how do I link my old pension with the new pension deductions?

Please advise.

Please fill and submit Form 13 under the provisions of the EPF & MP Act. The old PF account will be transferred to your new account.

Dear Shahulhameed,

I understand that you have withdrawn your EPF accumulations and opted for a scheme certificate for EPS, correct? Then you have to surrender your original scheme certificate through your employer and make a request to the PF authorities for ongoing transmission in EPS. Don't forget to keep an attested copy of the scheme certificate with you for future reference.

Hope it is clear.
