Seeking Real-Life Case Studies on Situational Leadership for New Sales Managers Training

dolphy_g
Dear all, I am conducting a training for first-time sales managers on "Situational Leadership." I would like to use some case studies on this topic relating to team management. If you have some good case studies, please share them with me.

Thanks and best regards,

Dear Dolphy,

You can take simple examples like - "Suppose your team members have to deliver 100% of orders within 24 hours of order receipt." Though this, on per se, will look like a very generic statement, you can assign specific tasks to the group to accomplish this goal. This would work as follows:

- Summarize the goal using trigger words such as "Prompt service" or "Quick service."
- Tasks to achieve the goals are identified by the people involved:
- Answering the phone
- Completing the documentation
- Completing the packing order
- Shipping the order
- Addressing service-related issues

Another example could be the parent-child relationship. An ineffective parenting style could involve using the same or one type of leadership style in different situations.

For any doubts, you can reach me at 09956900099.
