Dear all,
i working with one mnc i want to take 23 days leaves for my marriage but i having 12 sl, 06 cl, 15 pl can i adjust my cl, sl, pl leaves for pay leaves
please guide me

It will depend upon your company leave policy. Most of the organization allow PL and CL combo.

(1) Every worker who has worker for a period of 240 days or more in a factory during a calendar year shall be allowed during the subsequent calendar year, leave with wages for a number of days calculated at the rate of-
(i) if an adult, one day for every twenty days of work performed by him during the previous calendar year ;
(ii) if a child, one day for every fifteen days of work performed by him during the previous calendar year.
This is a under the factory act 1948

hows this leave are divided in to CL ,PL & SL(for contract labour/union) please help
